The CraftStar: The Wedding Planner

Greetings from (the ever-growing) The CraftStar HQ!

With our new tech team settled in and firmly ensconced in the building of the site ... we're delighted with the progress we're making.  Now that the basics have been fixed, we're creating and developing exciting new features!

We won't go into the long list now ... but a taste of what's to come in the next couple of weeks.

The Wedding Planner!  On February 14, The CraftStar will be launching a new feature ... The CraftStar Wedding Planner!

The first row of items on the front page of The CraftStar will be curated and all  related to weddings:  jewelry, paper goods, gifts, accessories, clothing, parties - the whole shebang!

So get your WEDDING items listed and make sure you tag them WEDDING.

What a great way to create a unique, handmade celebration of marriage.

We'd like to open up our special "Wedding" Pinterest board to both our buyers and sellers, so that you can pin wedding appropriate items (The CraftStar listings) right along side of our social media team. If you are interested in getting an invite to participate in this special board please contact Kim directly at kim@thecraftstar.com with the email address associated with your Pinterest account. You will then receive your invite to join in the fun!

If you're considering opening a shop on The CraftStar, or already have one and would like some tips on listing and shop criteria, please check out our ever expanding HOW TO GUIDES at the bottom of the site.

The end of the month will see the launch of my personal favorite ... The Trading Post!  This is where you can trade or have things made!  Yes, we're bringing the ole' Alchemy back.  This is going to be a lot of fun and a totally unique combination!

More details on that to come (along with others) ... in the meantime, please join us on site in the CHAT rooms.  We have a lot of fun in there, it's a great way to get to know fellow artists, share listings (and images) and get SALES!

Until next time ... Happy Crafting!

The CraftStar Team

Thanks for sharing the information about the wedding planner. This information might be useful for other engaged people. They should make use of it. Along with the wedding planner iPhone app will be more useful while planning their dream wedding successfully.
