Introducing The CraftStar: Rising Stars

The CraftStar is excited to announce Rising Stars!

Rising Stars is a summer program dedicated to igniting creativity in the younger generation.   As a group of "hand makers" we are responsible to introduce and / or instill the passion of our work!

With LIVE tutorials, a video library along, with How To Guides, Rising Stars is going to be a great destination of creativity for kids, tweens, and teens.

We're all going to have so much fun with this, because really, all ages can participate.  

While we'll be breaking it down into kids, teens, and tweens - it is equivalent to Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.  So for instance, I would be interested in watching Level 1 of crochet because I never could get the hang of that!  

We are now looking for crafters to present these tutorials!  We'd love a mix of grown-ups and kids themselves.  Does your kid want to be a STAR?   If he or she has a talent for making something special ... please send us a video clip of them at work ... either a YouTube link or direct link to bethan@thecraftstar.com  (for those under 18, we have a waiver that parents will need to sign before we can use the material.)
