Here on The CraftStar Community, we celebrate art, and talent, and diversity, and to that end, 

I want to share with you a technique that I personally had never seen before, but I find it totally cool.

I met a wonderful artist at a local craft show, and she was demonstrating her technique...

Thumbprint Art.

This is the artwork of Rena Kennedy, thumbprint artist and sculptor extraordinaire.

Here she is doing a custom piece while the customer patiently waits, and plays with Rena's 18 day old baby.  Doing a craft show with an 18 day old baby? Now that's dedication!

Amazing huh?
