What is the story behind your shop name?

I was talking to a friend and looking for inspiration for my shop name and they suggested Annesknits .

Where, when, how did you learn your craft?

My mom’s Aunt taught me how to knit squares when I was 9 years old and my knitting progressed from there !

Tell us a little about your family life...married, kids, pets, etc.

I am married with 3 grown up children and a 2 year old Grandson. We have 1 dog and 2 cats all rescues and my house is like a zoo most days !

I live in Tucson, Arizona and enjoy the sunshine !

I remember my mom and Grandma always knitting sweaters for me and my sister when we were young, living in Scotland you needed them in the winter !
